Terms and Conditions- Excellon

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Excellon in NSW. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

  • We provide licensed pest control services including internal and external sprays, rodent treatments, and other general pest management.

  • Services are performed according to label directions, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Any services outside our licence class or not requested in the quote are not included.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices do not include any chemicals or services not specified in the quote.

  • No GST is excluded

  • We reserve the right to amend pricing if additional work is required during the service.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment can be made by cash, card, bank transfer, or ServiceM8 invoice.

  • If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge late fees and suspend future services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Before a scheduled service, clients must:

  • Ensure safe access to all treatment areas.

  • Follow any preparation instructions provided (e.g., covering food, pets secured).

  • Notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements.

 

Failure to follow these instructions may reduce effectiveness and limit liability.

5. Safety & Liability

  • All chemicals are applied according to label directions and NSW regulations.

  • Clients must follow any post-treatment instructions (e.g., avoid treated areas).

  • We are not liable for property damage or health issues resulting from:

    • Failure to follow instructions

    • Misuse of treated areas

    • Pre-existing conditions at the property

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Short-notice cancellations or “no shows” may incur a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Follow-up Services / Guarantee

  • For certain pests (e.g., ants, cockroaches), a follow-up visit may be recommended.

  • Follow-ups are included in the service only if specified in the quote.

  • Any re-treatment not covered must be quoted separately.

8. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Customer data is used solely to provide services and issue invoices.

​

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
